A new Idea
A command to manage activities from shell. E.g: kde4-activity --active: retrive active activity. kde4-activity --open education: put active education as actived activity kde4-activity --close education: close education activity kde4-activity --delete education: delete education activity kde4-activity --list: list activities ..... --- I'm sorry my English but I'm Spanish. |

There are already methods for all of these on dbus bus org.kde.kactivitymanagerd.
If you really need simple command-line tool, writing wrapper script should be rather easy.
