Subj.
Is it possible in X.org + KDE? They're very useful. (like zooming, or change workspace/activities with two fingers) Also, what about smooth scrolling in Qt/KDE applications? Thanks |

No idea about MacOS but have you had a look in systemsettings? Especially in workspace behaviour/screen edges?

I'm talking about gestures on touchpad. For example — http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4721 |

This is something that i would *really* love... There's a project called "Touchégg", you can see it here http://code.google.com/p/touchegg/ that allows you to customize gestures with up to 5 fingers. I'm testing it with my Kubuntu powered MacBook Air, and it's really great. It needs to be polished a bit, but lets you do things like "if I drag 4 fingers in the up direction, send Ctrl + F12 key combination".
Having something like that, as part of the core functionality of KDE, would definitely be amazing. |

There seems to exist a kde fork of touchegg. Yesterday I found this https://projects.kde.org/projects/playg ... stures-kde. But it seems to be in an very early development state.
