Hello, I have a Netbeans project for building a JAR everyday. So, every a JAR file is created, I should change executable bit. I do this frequently, so it is annoying if I should do right click properties, go to tab, click, and OK. Too long. More annoying with Nautilus in 12.04. Too slow.

I see Dolphin has great feature with right panel (instant preview and properties). But why there is no properties changer? Giving read, write, and executable rights will never be easier. So I can click and change my JAR permission instantly. Just one click! It is more efficient i think. I have prepared a mockup (my first mockup ever, yeah :) ) below. Thank you.
