For example in qip (russian im messenger ) i can press ctrl+r and that's will change layout of typed text from english (typed mistakenly) to russian. If i press ctrl+r one more time it will change layout back to english. There is no such function in kopete. Let it be ctrl+r too, or customizable. I think this is implemented via respective tables of russian and english letters. It will be very hande, andf thats why i'm not looking happy.
Thank you

i am talking about changing layout of already TYPED text!
www.qip.ru has it
pidgin plugin has it (https://launchpad.net/wronglayout/)

I am Russian, and i use two keyboard layouts - English and Russian. So often i type text and when i look at the screen i see that i typed text in english, instead of a russian. So in QIP (www.qip.ru) or Pidgin (link on a plugin i wrote upper) i can press ctrl+r and layout of ALREADY TYPED text is change from english to russian.

And you expect everybody to get out their crystal ball and guess this for you? No way. Please take more time next time you make a suggestion and state your case clearly. In this case the typed text issue is of vital importance.

Word "typed" is in the topic name, and in the body of topic. Even more - it's the idea for posting topic at all. You've read my post not carefully, and thats the problem.

The important word would however have been "ALREADY" ....
That and your **** comment on viewtopic.php?f=83&t=101211 makes you simply a troll.
Since working on KDE is a torture to you and you're "back" (whatever that means) - why exactly do you waste others ppls. time?
