Mouse 4/5 support is needed in System Settings, Muon Software Center, Gwenview, App Launcher, etc. These buttons are back/forward in every browser I've used before KDE. Once I've gotten used to using them, being unable to makes navigating through windows feel very slow.

There's rather no global fix, every client will have to catch and bind them to "its" history navigation slots.
