The current way of adding and moving widgets within a panel is not very convenient:
1. As you see in the video, i could not move the widget on the top when adding it to the panel. I had to move it when i opened panel settings
2. Panel settings and widget adding should be combined in single process - it's not intuitive to have adding and moving/removing widgets in different places.

I am suggesting to get rid of "Add widgets" step and integrate it into "Panel settings".
