Always bothered me that the Microsoft OS is so easy and fast change "names" with the mouse (double click spacing) and GNU Linux is deployed cascade down to select options and rename.
So after a while of pondering I thought of this: Multi-accion Bar Taking advantage of this can be given quickly use to open a file associated with the second program (and third program asociated). In addition to "select" multiple different files quickly with the mouse without using the left control key. Other views : No active Icons normal Big Icons Technically would be four primary colors with the option of integrating one or two more, also you need an option to configure the second and third program associated with the file. By the way maybe I need credit for the idea for an open source project, would appreciate if you "take my idea" confirm me by mail. All images are for illustrative purposes "armed" in order to raise awareness about the idea. |

My idea is more focused on the people who use the mouse 60-75% more than the keyboard, in addition to the situations in which there is no physical keyboard.
You have to keep in mind that you need the OS has "accessibility" for people looking to migrate and want solutions "graphics" easy to understand. In windows explorer to select a file and make another click in the same file causes it to activate the option to rename. My idea is to activate the bar and the first option is the renaming, by clicking in the small icon left beside the name of the file (F2) with the bar "ON" you can rename any file by clicking on the little icon with the symbol "F2 ". taking advantage of this, you can activate other "programs" that occasionally use with the same file and make multiselection only with the mouse. |
