Usage case: Dj thunderstorm just adopted a new audio player and would like to have it open when he clicks an audio file, he calls the file associations settings window from the mp3 file properties and has to click 7 times on the 'move up' button, the list of applications grew large as it contains video players, enqueue options and audio editors, when a single click on 'move to top' button would have done the deed. He then repeats the process for other audio files type each time having to make multiple clicks on the move up button.

An alternative solution to this issue would be to add the possibility to drag and drop to the application list.

Personally think this is rather low priority as how often do you change file associations? However it's still a valid idea.
