I only use windows and i came over your program last week and i tried to download it, but it's just for linux. I suggest that you make an windows version too. I know there is other people that also want this program on their windows machine. The best would be if i installed it on a linux machine, but i dont have a machine i can install linux on (yet). Can you please see if you can make an windows version? It would helped me and many other.

AFAIK the KDE community doesn't provide any builds, neither for linux nor windows. This is up to the distributions, third parties or other individuals. So you actually have to ask there.

Regarding Kdenlive there is a sf page with windows builds, which however doesn't seem to be up to date. I would try asking there.

Another option would be Shotcut:

created & actively maintained by one of the former kdenlive programmers. And there are windows build as downloads available.
