Tor support in Network Management applet

It would be great to have Tor support directly in the Network Management applet, like we do for VPN, to turn it on and off and set it up.


It's time to prod some serious buttock! ;)

According to yesterdays news about details on how the NSAs XKeyScore software used for sniffing the world wide private communication of all people on earth works:
this would mean that with TOR support built into KDE most likely all KDE users will be marked as "extremists" by the NSA. So probably they will be denied entry into the USA then.

Sad but true. This is how that system (or better ideology) thinks and works.

So I'd say: make it builtin, let's do it.
