A shortcut for Terminal

This would be very great to have.
In other window manager this is a standard. I guess kde should get one too  I have to click on the desktop terminal icon all the time which is kinda circuitous. |

you can go to systemsettings -> shortcuts and gestures -> custom shortcuts and create one,

Or easier, right click on application launcher -> Edit entries (or something like that) -> Choose your terminal -> set a shortcut.
