While you are free to make announcements for apps that you make using KDE/Qt libraries, you probably won't get much for feedback here. The Brainstorm forum in particular is for ideas that you would like to have implemented by the KDE community so that others can comment and vote on how much they like the idea (so this announcement is probably better moved to a different forum like KDE Cafe).

I would suggest you publish this over at opendesktop.org. That site (which includes such sites as kde-look.org, kde-apps.org, qt-apps.org, etc) is a repository of various (open source/free) software titles, themes, wallpapers, icons, etc. that people have contributed over time (including a number of Qt file managers, though it looks like this would be the first built using qt quick). You will probably get a bit more feedback on your app over there.

Hi alsonic,

One of the things I'd avise is to make the introduction page a bit better - include screen-shots (or even screencasts - gifs or youtube or something.

The second thing, when you finish the main parts of the manager, and think it is stable enough, it would be a good idea to send requests for packaging to different linux distributions.

Cheers!
