I live in the UK, where we use both the 24 and 12 hour clocks, as well as both metric and imperial units. In KDE SC 4, I was able to change these from the defaults (24 hour clock and imperial) to my personal preferences (12 hour clock and metric). In Plasma 5, it seems that in order to change these settings, I need to change the locale for these settings to be able to change them, which brings more hassle than is worth. Please could someone implement the ability to change these formats independently from the locale to accomidate for situations where one country is using two or more different systems?
