[Kwin] Asks to bring window to top

When I use akregator as atom/rss reader and open link in external browser, Firefox window hide akregator window.

My idea is to show menu near mouse with option to bring window to top, when window ask,s to it. Of course, menu should appear only when new window can hide acrive window.
