KDE on startup should cache names and checksums of all .desktop files added to autostart. When user end session, it should ask to remove newly added files to autostart and should also asks to delete modify files in autostart.
OpenSource programs don't makes problems, but closed source programs can add themselves to autostart and checks user delete application .desktop file in autostart on session ended. If He/She is, then application can add new .desktop file to autostart. My solution should solve this.

Ok. I wrote simple C/Libgreattao application to monitor for changes in ~/.config/autostart. When file was created/changed, application ask to remove file.
You can download a control_autostart application from libgreattao.sourceforge.net, tab Demo applications. Default backend is Gtk+, but you can change it by passing --tao-module tao-Qt5.so.1.0 on command line. Program is under public domain. I'm waiting for suggestions about this application.
