Problem:
Currently all magnet links can be handled only by one application.
For example, when you are clicking dc++ magnet link - ktorrent will be opened and so on...
Many people are trying to solve this by intermediate scripts.

Solution:
Since ktorrent no longer uses kio_magnet - kio_magnet should reincarnate in a separated magnet handler.
It should detect exact magnet type (by hash type)
and based on this launch appropriate application.
In SystemSettings there should be ability to choose application for different magnet types (one more group in "Default Applications").
