My idea is about connect CSD(Client side decorations) and SSD(Server side decorations). There's some problems with CSD, like moving windows or possibility to application hang, so decorations won't work in this case. My idea is to place client side decorations inside window decoration. Window decoration will have button on top to toggle viewing of client side decoration.

And idea about DWD. DWD could been handled by window manager(KWin) like CSD, so user can hide/show DWD of window by click on button on top of window decoration.

By introduce my idea into KWin you can drop scripts handling CSD/
