I would like to increase the delay for submenu popup, but I haven't found a way to do it. There is a bug opened for it (since 2009!):

Submenu popup delay is a very personal value. Some people prefer a low value, other people prefer a high value. So it is a clear candidate to be a configurable value. Please add an option to kde system settings to set the popup delay for submenus.
