Allow to define per-activity dependent environment variables and places like home, desktop, etc.

Klauncher should been integrated with Kactikvity manager and sets new variables, when forking.

Why? Imagine I'm installing program and needs different desktop and installer will place icon on desktop. Also some bash variables, such like LS_COLORS could been used, etc.
