Configuring Notifications

In Settings --> Power Management --> Advanced Settings --- Configure Notifications option was available.
Can there be another option, where we can change description data which is going to be displayed on that Notification ( What ever user like,; To fit his/her style....
Another option to just change them back to defaults. :) :) :) :) :) :) :)
