More invocable actions in Klipper

The content saved in Klipper should be more easily pasted in different applications. For example, copied content should be "pastable" to any program able to edit text; copied images should be copiable to any image editor, and such. This could be done like the sharing option in mobiles: Plasma "knows" the file associations, so it would be easy to Klipper to offer the users a list of compatible apps to send content; in fact, it already does with URLs: it offers a list of apps to "send" a copied URL when clicking the «Invoke action» (not sure if the name is that in english, sorry) icon in the Klipper applet: our browsers, our text editors, even Calligra Words, the problem is that it doesn't work except for the browsers, but if you select Kate, for example, Kate will be opened but the URL won't be copied in a new text document.

So, I propose to extend this ability to every copied content: text, URLs, audiovisual objects..., and of course to make it work, heheh. In fact what I think I really propose is to have a share option like in mobile devices, that besides pasting, as I've said, were able to send content in Klipper by mail, Telegram, IM services configured in KDE Telepathy or Pidgin, by Bluetooth or shared networks, cloud storage...... I think the new "paradigm" in the second decade of this centyry must be not just a copy/paste function but a copy/paste/share one, like in Android.
