Sometimes [Overwrite preset] creates duplicate of the brush you overwrited.
I assume this is caused by fault update of [kis_paintoppresets.blacklist] file that removes brushes instead of removing brushname.kpp

Can [Delete resource] button in Krita just delete according .kpp file instead of blacklisting it?
