[KatePart] Show bookmarks on goto panel

My idea is to allow to select bookmark, when user type ctrl+g(goto). Currently only field to input number of line is displayed. In new version user could click on bookmark's link to move kate/kwrite/kdevelop/etc. onto this bookmark. Idea is to expand goto panel.
