An option to completely disable all kind of recent activity record, recent documents and recent saved, but it has to be an option not to only hide the options but to disable all tracking internally, all with a single check or click, so there is no way for someone sit in your pc and search internal files with that kind of register.

this is important for privacy reasons.

See systemsettings5->Workspace Behavior->Activities->Privacy.

I suppose with "recent saved" you mean the "Recently Saved" entry in dolphin's "Places" panel?
That actually doesn't track anything, it just shows files according to the file modification date/time.
If you don't want to have this displayed, disable the file indexer (file indexing is required for this function).
