[Qt][Applications] Show toolbar only in certain conditions

Currently toolbar and menus are wasting spaces. In my opinion, user doesn't like to see it, when they aren't needed. My idea is to show toolbar only, when:
- Mouse move above window with toolbar
- Mouse cursor are above toolbar
