I like the activity idea,
As i use my laptop for both home and work (with a supplementary screen at work)
I am also use to add a supplementary panel with my favorite applications on upper border.

My first wish was to make home and work activities with different panels adapted to home or work's most used apps.
what was not possible.
A second problem rose when i moved the top panel in one activity in the second screen, then it (obviously) disappeared in the second activity primary screen.

The idea would be to enable the possibility of assigning a panel to an activity.
could be a step to make activities more attractive.
