[Application Launcher] Search in packages when not found

Hi,

Like on Android, it would be very useful to propose to search in the software center (Discover) when the search does not match any application, and propose to install it.

Example:
When searching for kstars (not installed) in the K menu:
Current behavior:
It just shows nothing.

Expected behavior:
Either:
    Propose to search for kstars in Discover
    Or better, immediately display kstars as an installable application

Windows 10 has a similar behaviour.
