I'm using kompare lately and it's quite a nice tool.

One problem I do have with it however is that sometimes difference in line is something like space at the end or tab instead of space and when that's the case, application will show there's a difference but I won't know what the difference is.

On top of that it's kind of standard, even in simple text editors, so it would be nice to see it here as well.
