Hi,
When i use dolphin, sometimes i close accidentally a tab or a windows, I miss a way to restore that tab without having to go throught the whole path again what is really paintfull, Im suggesting and missing theses: -A CTRL+Z function to undo the last closed tab, - A CTRL+Click to open tabs in background/foreground -A contextual history function (right button) that allow us to pick one of the few last history folders, - A side panel like firefox to show the full history that would be also great. |

A convenient shortcut to open the last closed tab would be nice. There is at least a menu item for it: Go -> Recently Closed Tabs. I think assigning that to Ctrl+z seems reasonable (the alternative would be to undo whatever the last action performed was e.g. un-delete file, undo rename, undo move stuff, but that is complicated especially for those of us in the habit of always hard-deleting things)
Ctrl+click is reserved for toggle item selection (standard behavior for multi-select views). However, you can use middle-click instead to open things in the background. I like the history list that shows up when you click-and-hold on the back button on various browsers, allowing you to select which page you want to go back to. Providing such a feature in dolphin would be nice allowing you to quickly jump between folders that are several steps apart in the history. I suppose having a history pane could be nice as well.
