Hello Team KDE Neon, congratulations on what I consider to be the best KDE version. I've been with you guys for several months and I'm going to stay here, but I have a couple of ideas to put to you:

Please, a GUI application is needed to format native USB for KDE, currently it is time to use Partition Manager and it is very dangerous because errors can be made and some partition of the disk or the whole disk can be damaged. It is very dangerous to use Partition Manager just to do something as simple as formatting a USB.

It would also be nice to have an application to record ISO in native USB for KDE, currently you offer from the Rosa Image Writer download page but it is not the same.

I appreciate your valuable help. Hopefully ISOImageWriter will exit its alpha phase quickly and can be enjoyed from repositories. There is still an urgent lack of an application to format a USB without Partitionmanager, there are quite a few users that I have read in different forums making errors in their disks or even worse deleting partitions by manipulating the Partition Manager to format a USB.

A previous, well-rounded discussion on a somewhat similar topic with regards to USB formatting which may shed light on the need for such a tool, and perhaps why no one has had the the itch to scratch and written one.
