When a window is added or removed, the task bar pops up for reasons that are unclear to me. OK, but with focus follows mouse, it isn't getting focus. It needs to go away -- quickly. It is a new feature (to me) that it is not. It is also a mis-feature. Can the old behavior be restored, please?
