Adding QT widget support to EMACS

When making QT apps in EMACS, you should be able to drag and drop controls to a buffer, like MS Visual Studio has

I'd suggest you enter this request in EMACS's backlog and see where that goes. Or just use a more modern (qt-centric) IDE like QT Creator or KDevelop.
