I don't know where this is in your development list for Krita, but I couldn't beg for these two essential feature enough. Simply being able to copy a selection, and then paste it into the frame I want is a nightmare right now. And what's worse is this is an l action that I'm constantly having to perform. The current work around requires me to paste the selection into a new layer. The new layer is then given visibility on all frames, so then I have to fumble around and try deleting each and every frame the selection was pasted on until it only remains visible on the desired frame. This has added literal hours to my workflow and feels frustrating and unusably clunky.

The other animation tool that's missing is the ability to simply move or translate an object on all animation frames. As it stands, I'd have to either create a transform mask or individually move the drawing over on every single frame perfectly. While the transform mask is a good temporary workaround for most solutions, it's clunky, causes weird issues, and is a no go for pixel art animations.

I wouldn't be using krita's animation tools if I didn't love them. But without these features my workflow is beyond frustrating and unproductive.

Yes, please make paste into a frame and not create a new layer an option :)
