Hello, I've noticed that on Dolphin, it appears preview mode is deactivated by default. In most file managers these days, they default to showing previews now. Perhaps Dolphin should do the same as well? Just a thought I had anyway.

Right, let's make this number 4 then, because as early as 2014 we were wanting this, and it's still not a default? We are certainly faster than that I'd hope.
