(title char limitations...) I have run a search and didn't find anything, so forgive me if this is a duplicate.

As the tin says, but like reorganizing browser tabs, not orverrinding. Palettes are a cool adition that I was messing with and, unless I missed how to do it, there's no ability to simply hold the color and relocate it anywhere. This would be useful when constructing a palette because right now, to relocate previous colors, one has to paint the canvas, color pick it and reselect the color in a new square each time a new color is added to an already occupied place. Organizing a 10x5 palette becames a chore and it discourages exploration.
Is that too inefficient either for the software or the kind of sorting it uses?
