Maybe the idea is to rewrite each KDE application, but is probably great.
It will reduces necessary to click and making menus smaller. First of all see at image: Image attached above shows menu with integrated dialog box. We don't need duplicate entry by putting save and save as - we need only save menu entry. When user needs to save as, he simply move cursor to save option and (instead of click) move cursor on the dialog box, navigate, move cursor on save entry again and click. You must know, user can move dialog. When user move dialog, menu will close, so dialog designer must add some buttons to dialog. Also wizards can display similar menu entries on the left, so user can skip some steps and program will use default or stored settings on the omitted tabs. User can also go backwards.
