Window interaction mode

This mode will disable global keyboard shortcuts, but don't touch shortcut to disable interactive mode for current window. Additionally, shortcut for enable/disable interactive mode could be set per window/program.

Why:
- Virtual machine window
- Games
- Wayland under X
- X under Wayland
- Possible other
