Why didn't you implement this software for creating hotspot. https://github.com/oblique/create_ap
This software support both hotspot and wifi at the same time, same as windows 10.
I know this features is not too necessary.

I think that would be pretty helpful for the upcoming Plasma mobile on the Librem 5
