I like using the icons-only tasks manager. very much.
but sometimes, for some applications, I'd like to have one icon per application window

I think it should be a per-application setting, little bit like I can pin an application.
It would select "ungroup" or similarly worded

so that for Firefox and Kolourpaint for example, I have one icon per window.
while everything else remains as it is now, unless the user changed the default behavior

anyone else see value here?
