Idea is about connection of game mode, no distraction mode, etc.

No desktop mode is mode, whereas DE monitor ram usage and will shutdown some services if there's not much ram. Also, when amount of ram raises to some value, stopped services may be started again.

Which services/program should be managed in this mode? I think, user could select, but by default:
- Baloo
- Akanodii
- Akregator
