Make Klipper activity dependent, so clipboard content & history will switch with activities. There should also exist last clipboard content and non-activity dependent history.

User will paste content from current's activity clipboard by pressing ctrl+shift+v. Ctrl+V will paste last item from non-activity dependent clipboard.

This idea is rather about making clipboard history activity-dependent, but additionally paste action could be implemented too.
