I would like to see a button that allows you to clear all notifications in the notification system tray thingy (can someone advise me as to the correct terminology).

Plasma 5.13 or later / Clear Notifications / Clear History

Right click 'Notifications' > Left click 'Clear Notifications'

or left click 'Notifications > Left click 'Clear History'

or left click 'Show hidden icons' > Right click 'Notifications' > Left click 'Clear Notifications'

or left click 'Show hidden icons' > Left click 'Notifications > Left click 'Clear History'
