I thought about this idea, when watching video about new features in Plasma 5.15. One of new features is a dialog box displaying information how to bring window border back, when selecting no border option.

Why doesn't allow also to hide menus and show it, when user right click on empty space of window as it works currently for left click (moving the window). There's should appear popup with two options: KWin menu and window menu.

I think more people will disable title bar/borders and menu, if you support my idea.
Also: Some software, like GIMP currently display menu, when right click on project area.
