[KatePart] Ask to view differences, when user will close

Currently, KatePart only asks to show differences, when other program change file on disk. Idea is to allow to view differences, when user would close file containing changes, or (maybe) on any-time user request.

This could works by saving modified copy somewhere under /tmp and use kdiff to compares both files.
