Introduce new button on title bar or use question mark button to introduce new functionality. When this button was clicked, display keyboard shortcut for each control. Plasma should also adds similar functionality (for example klipper should have button to show shortcut for each position). Alternately, you could also request to select control to show keyboard shortcut of it.
