When a new window appear, it overlap other windows. User must perform action to see, what happens in window bellow.

Solution 1: Make new windows partially transparent. Request user action to make it non-transparent.
Solution 2: Allow user to select a workspace, on which new windows should go automatically (notification would appear, when new window appear).
Solution 3: Allow user to move each window excluding selected to selected workspace.
