Dynamic Panel Transparency

Sat Jul 20, 2019 8:47 pm
Not sure whether this is the correct forum but I was wondering whether I am the only one who wishes the "Dynamic Panel Transparency " extension in gnome had an equivalent in plasma o) . I like that when apps are minimized the panel can be transparent/translucent but when there is a maximized app it takes the theme colour....

I have done quite a lot of searching but can only find themes that make the panel permanently transparent..

You might take a look at https://github.com/psifidotos/Latte-Dock, which I believe has this functionality.
You may also want https://store.kde.org/p/1290287/ which changes the dock colors as you switch between windows.
See https://psifidotos.blogspot.com/2019/02 ... -tale.html for more details.

(of course I would not object to such functionality making into the default plasma panel either)
