Imagine a way to share everything with archive and imagine a way to select presentation mode, when somebody extract archive content and select one option on destination directory/file. Imagine many people working on project in standardize way.

What I invent? Idea to save plasma activity config (plasmoids only) and way to run it in special program/dolphin/plasma, but with additional restriction, so imported activity of plasma will have only access to directory, where project files + plasma activity config are stored.

So... I put my holidays photos onto one activity, select multimedia frame, so plasma will create many multimedia frame on the activity. Now I will select export button, plasma will create archive with all needed photography + configuration. I can send archive to my friend, who will right click on this archive and select open in plasma/dolphin. People not only sharing content, but also presentation form. Of course, you probably don't give user way to export plasma theme, because that would mean plasma would use theme depending on activity (or you start another instance of plasma or another program, when user import project).

We could allow to run another program in this project sandbox, like JS files, so plasma will provide special API for project, like git (or other vcs tool) integration. Idea to brainstorm is about allowing to run binary programs, using bublewrap.
