Allow to fast control of sound volume slider for application owning active window.

Solution:
Allow to switch keyboard sound controls to control sound playing by` application owning active window. For example:
1. I press meta + ctrl + v
2. I press mute key on my keyboard to mute active app
3. I press meta + ctrl + v to switch to session mode again
4. I made sound louder
