I think it would be great if Krita was able to create comic/manga panels quick and easy by setting boarder parameters and then being able to simply cut panel lines in similar fashion to how Medibang does it.

I usually just find my motivation to die before I can get started making a comic or a manga because I dread having to create perfect boxes and shapes of which takes up more time then it should to create in Krita. I feel like this function would be a great addition and could very much improve workflow and productivity.

If implemented, I think it would also benefit from having an option of transparent or auto color fill for the outer background of the boxes sort of like a mask layer to prevent the drawings from drawing outside the box if wanted. (Which would save more editing time to keep drawings in the boxed area.
